The gist of it is that a professional hacker successfully hacked into my computer and monitored it for several months, collecting my personal and sensitive information.

They will then give you a certain amount of time and ask you to send them the desired amount of Bitcoin to a Bitcoin address. Never give in. They are, in fact, a blackmail scammer, and your computer is safe. However, if your computer's security has been lax, I encourage you to take this opportunity to check it.

This email is a cyberattack known as email spoofing or Hoax Mail. Furthermore, its fast character creation and recognition speeds make it ideal for the modern digital environment. It also boasts a clear history and is easy to learn.

And Hangeul can express any sound in the world with letters. While English can express only five vowels A, E, I, O, U Hangul can create ten basic vowels plus dozens of compound vowels. So, while the 26 letters of the alphabet can express hundreds of sounds, Hangeul's 24 letters can express around 11,000 sounds. Japanese has around 300 sounds, and Chinese characters around 400 a vastly different number.

It has been revealed that a Chinese national in Cambodia has been committing employment fraud against Koreans over the past three years, and has been imprisoning, kidnapping, torturing, and murdering them.

The fraud ring, which generates funds equivalent to half of Cambodia's GDP, holds significant influence in Cambodia and has deep political connections.

Without a unified international voice, it appears unlikely that this will be eradicated.

China's Wise Responsibility

Furthermore, China, which seeks to increase its influence in the world, should not only provide aid to developing countries, but also closely monitor criminals escaping from China and use various methods to root them out before they commit evil acts in developing countries. This is China's wise responsibility for the international crimes committed by Chinese criminals.

However, as pro-Chinese forces within Cambodia grow, Chinese and Chinese companies are increasingly expanding their presence in Cambodia. Furthermore, former South Korean President Yoon Suk-yeol significantly expanded unnecessary aid to Cambodia, wasting taxpayer money unnecessarily. Furthermore, with the recent rise in kidnappings and murders targeting Koreans, Cambodia has become a country disliked by Koreans.

Impeached president Yoon Suk-yeol changed the people's tax money into another name and provided support to the Cambodian government. During his term, the Korean government significantly increased the limit on official development assistance (ODA) loans to Cambodia from the existing $700 million to $3 billion by 2030 on two occasions. 

This is because of a request from the head of the Unification Church (Family Federation for World Peace and Unification) headquarters, who provided money and valuables under the guise of a gift to Kim Keon-hee, Yoon Suk-yeol's wife. The Unification Church was seeking to further expand its influence by purchasing key land along the Mekong River. The Unification Church also has close ties to President Donald J.T and Japanese Prime Minister Shinzo Abe, who was assassinated by a citizen who harbored a grudge against the church.

In October 2025, South Korea is embroiled in controversy over crimes against Koreans in Cambodia. The torture death of a Korean national who had traveled to Cambodia has sparked criticism that the South Korean government failed to prevent the situation.

Critics have pointed out that the ambassador to Cambodia appointed during the Yoon Suk-yeol administration focused solely on Official Development Assistance (ODA). The Cambodian ODA issue is currently under investigation by prosecutors amid allegations that former President Yoon Suk-yeol's wife, Kim Keon-hee, former CEO of Cobana Contents, was involved in business requests.

The number of reported kidnappings of Koreans in Cambodia was 1 in 2022, 17 in 2023, 220 in 2024, and 340 this year as of August 2025.

Ambassador Park Jung-wook, who assumed his post in January 2023, served as Ambassador to Cambodia for two years and six months until July 17, 2025. During this period, crimes against Koreans in Cambodia increased sharply, and it is unlikely he will be able to avoid responsibility.

Three Chinese nationals have been indicted on charges of murder and other offenses in connection with the kidnapping and murder of a Korean college student in his 20s in Cambodia.

Most of the suspects who commit crimes against Koreans in Cambodia are Chinese. It is presumed that most of the crimes are committed in casino cities such as Prince Estates, Sihanoukville, and Bavet, which were built with Chinese capital by Prince Holding Group, a Chinese company with close ties to former Cambodian Prime Minister Hun Sen. As business declined due to COVID-19, they have expanded and kidnapped Koreans through job scams, forced them into voice phishing work, and tortured and killed them if they resist.

As such, corruption among Cambodian politicians and police is so rampant that rooting out criminals and their criminal networks, even with the Cambodian government's assistance, appears unlikely.

As kidnappings by Cambodian criminal networks continue to surface, the Korean police are discussing with Cambodian authorities the establishment of a Korean desk dedicated to crimes against Koreans, with Korean officers dispatched locally. The Ministry of Foreign Affairs has raised the travel advisory for all of Cambodia to 'Caution', for Phnom Penh to 'Refrain', and for some provinces bordering Laos and Thailand to 'Special Travel caution'.

The US demanded $350 billion from South Korea. And that in cash. But this is absolutely unacceptable.

$350 billion represents 80% of South Korea's foreign exchange reserves.

If South Korea, unknowingly and according to US demands, signs the agreement and uses its foreign exchange reserves, South Korea will go bankrupt, in other words, face an IMF crisis. The exchange rate will skyrocket,

causing a domino effect that will lead to the collapse of many companies. This would make it easy for the US to acquire South Korea's excellent companies and technologies at a bargain price.

American manufacturing is in shambles right now, struggling to make even a single mask or a single warship during the coronavirus pandemic, and unable to even repair broken parts.

Despite the recent onslaught of Chinese manufacturing, which has forced factories around the world to close, South Korea has cemented its image as a manufacturing powerhouse by launching Made in Korea products.

The South Korean government has caught wind of this US strategy in this tariff agreement and is refusing to sign this unreasonable agreement with the US. 

God helped Korea. If the previous South Korean government's foolish president hadn't been impeached, South Korea would be exploited by the US right now.

Japan is a double-edged sword, a long-time enemy of Korea that has historically always caused harm, but has also self-destructed.

Japan made headlines by signing a $550 billion US investment agreement in order to bring Korea to the tariff agreement signing table quickly through secret negotiations with the US *Rumor (by pushing Korea into a foreign exchange crisis to easily acquire companies; Japan profited greatly from Korea during the 1997 foreign exchange crisis). (Unlike Korea, which does not have a swap agreement with the US, Japan is very unlikely to face a foreign exchange crisis due to its adequate foreign exchange reserves and unlimited currency swap with the US.)

Japan initially misunderstood that the US tariff on automobiles had been unified at 15%, but in reality, it faced the shocking consequence of a "cumulative tariff" of 15% added to the existing 2.5%, for a total of 17.5%. 

In the end, Japan, too, was blindsided by the US, which had relied on the Trump administration's strategy.

Karma always exists in the lives of humans and humanity. If you do good, good things will happen, and if you do bad, bad things will happen. If you do something like that, there will always be consequences.

무효 트래픽 황당하다. 내 애드센스 광고 수익이 증발하다.

 저품질에도 불구하고, 근 두 달 동안 원래 하던 블로그의 광고 수익이 좋았더랬다. 최근 무척 안정적이어서 이 정도면 소고기 실컷 사 먹을 정도는 되겠구나 하고 정산 날을 기다리며 무척 행복했었다. 

그런데 지난달 수익부터 이상하다. 

5월 1일이 되자, 4월 수익이 정산되었는데 예상보다 너무 많이 사라진 수익.. 그런데다 며칠 후 애드센스 사이트의 잔고를 보니 한번이 아니라 두 번에 걸쳐 내 4월 광고 수익의 일부가 마이너스 되었다. 대충 어림잡아 267달러 정도.. 내광고 수익으로는 너무 큰 돈이라서 너무 속이 쓰리고 아팠다. 

어찌 된 일 일까?

애드센스 사이트를 로그인하여 지급> 결제정보를 보니 그 이유를 알게 되었다.

하.. 연달아 이 무슨 어이없는 상황이란 말인가. 팍팍한 요즘 한국 생활, 5월은 가족의 달이기에 모처럼 가족끼리 모여 소고기 한번 실컷 먹어보려 했는데, 이렇게 힘들단 말인가.. 

너무 애드센스 수익만 바라봤던 난 좌절감을 느꼈다.

 초창기 때에는 애드센스 승인되고 몇 달 뒤에 수익도 아주 미미하던 시기, 생뚱 무효 트래픽으로 계정이 한 달간 정지됐던 때가 있었었는데, 그때의 악몽도 같이 떠올랐다.

무효 트래픽이란 의도적으로 광고주의 비용이나 게시자의 수입을 높이기 위한 의도적인 클릭이나 노출을 의미한다고 한다. 구글 입장에서는 사기 트래픽인 샘인데, 대부분의 게시자는 아무것도 모른다. 왜 그런 무효 트래픽이 생겨나는 지를..

어쩌면 자신이 무심코 눌러버린 광고이거나, 검색 상위 경쟁 블로그를 없애기 위한 다른 블로거의 나쁜 수단일 수도 있고.. 어쩌면 블로그 구독자나, 기타 메신저로 알려준 블로그 주소의 링크를 타고 광고 수익좀 얻어 보라며 클릭해 주는 착한 지인의 무지일 수도 있다.

하여튼 난 개인적으로 이번 수익에 대해 많이 억울하다. 수익이 이렇게 나왔다고 보여줘 애먼 꿈을 심어주던 구글 애드센스에서 뭔가 다시 삥뜯는 기분이랄까.. 

그냥 차라리 수익이 생기는 당일마다, 당일이 안된다면 그 다음날이라도 무효 트래픽을 구글애드센스에서 감지하여 광고 게시자가 무효 트래픽에 대해 좀 더 주의하고 대비할수 있게 하는게 더 지혜로운 건 아닐까?

구글 애드센스 고객센터에서는 무효 트래픽에 대해 이렇게 말한다. 

무효 트래픽이 발생하지 않도록 주의 해야 할 책임이 게시자에 있다고 한다.

이렇게 무효 트래픽이 나온것도 블로그 게시자의 책임이라니.. 

돈 많은 구글, 정산 결과에 대한 사람들의 반발이 나오지 않게 광고 수익에 대해 더 세부적으로 수동적인 광고 게시자들에게 알려주는게 좋지 않을 까 생각한다. 아니면 초보자들에게 너무 진입장벽이 높은 애널리스트 같은 추적 플랫폼 보다, 더 난이도를 낮춰 심플한 초보자용 플랫폼이 지원되길 희망한다.  

그나저나 난 이번 무효 트래픽에 대해 구글의 실수가 있을지도 모른다는 생각에(실수가 없겠지만) '재정산도(재검토) 가능한지' 의견을 물어보았다. 뭐 기대하지는 않지만, 어떤 정보라도 얻길 기대한다. 

아무튼 또 다시 이런 허무한 무효 트래픽으로 기대했던 수익을 얻지 못하고 마음이 상하는 일이 없었으면 좋겠다.

완벽하지 않은 다음 로직의 결과물인지? 2022년 1월은 난데없는 다음 저품질을 겪었고,

후엔 과거 올렸던 포스트에 대한 다음 측의 어이없는 제재로 

블로그 자체가 로그인이 안 되는 지경에 이르렀으니..

울며 겨자 먹기로 고객센터 문의하고 난 그것을 결국 바로 잡았다.

하지만 회복되지 않는 블로그의 다음 저품질..

검색 상위에 있던 내글은 멀리 뒤로 밀려나 버리고 방문자 유입은 아예 없어져 버리게 된다.

수익을 위해 열심히 못 해도 하루 1포 이상 블로그 포스트만 하던 나에게는 

청천벽력 같은 일이었는데,

애지중지하던 블로그가 이렇게 허무하게 나락으로 떨어지다니..

정말 욕한바가지 하고 싶을 정도로 화가 머리끝까지, 스트레스가 극에 달하던 시기..

그렇게 몇 달간 수익이 거의 없다시피 했고 거의 블로그를 접을까 생각했던 시점..

다행인걸까...?

방치한 블로그에 조금씩 싹트는 다른 포털 사이트에서의 유입..

쓸모없어진 저품질 블로그의 운영비라도 만들어야 하니 버리기도 아깝고 하여

저품질 블로그를 다른 포털 사이트에 노출해 광고 수익을 메꾸자는 카카오 다음의 

다른 전략인 듯 보이는데..

저품질 이후 네이버 유입이 전보다 폭발적으로 늘어났고.. 구글 유입도 늘어나게 되어..

그나마 막혔던 숨을 쉬게 만들어 주었다.

다시 조금씩 방문자 유입이 회복되고,

블로그가 하루 12달러 이상 수익을 걷던 긍정적인 찰라였는데..

찬물을 끼얹어버리다니,

더군다나 다른 카카오 플랫폼에서도 수익을 얻던 중이라..

정말 죽어라 운도 없는 한해..

네이버는 이중화로 금방 복구됐지만 카카오는 예산 때문에 그게 안 돼 있는지 복구가 늦어지고 내 블로그 방문자도 덩달아 사라져가고..

블로그 수익은 어디 하소연할 데도 없는 카카오..

그나마 훗날 피해 사례를 접수한다는 메시지 달랑하나 오고 그 후로는 소식이 없다.

블로거 생활 4년 차, 

이제 블로그도 한곳에만 정착하지 말고 다른 피난처가 필요할 때인가 보다. 

그렇게 나는 구글 블로그로 조금씩 이사를 시작하게 된다..

과연 이곳에서는 어떤 에피소드들이 탄생하게 될까?
